My partner and I recently bought a property through Eric for my mother. The degree of customer service that Eric provided, even after the sale was complete, was phemonenal. Not only did Eric take numerous calls from my mother to answer questions about the property, he also proactively offered to take her through the property for a second viewing (at the end of a very long work day), because she was just so excited to see it again. And just to reiterate, all of this happened after the sale had been finalised. I am not sure that I know too many other agents who would take the time to do this. I honestly can't say enough good things about Eric. Plus he was a total straight shooter, who just wanted a good and fair outcome for both us and his vendor. He will, from now on, be my preferred go-to agent when it comes to buying or selling property.
