Joe is a true professional who from the start gave us a price range and the price achieved was at the very top of that range. Joe then presented us with multiple offers with no conditions of which we gracefully accepted the highest offer. Joe then organised a meeting with us and the buyer which was a nice touch. Joe possesses great communication skills, leadership and true integrity. He is also very easy to get a hold of and always returns our calls. Eric Mancini was introduced to me by a very trusted mate of mine. Eric is true to his word as his answering service on his mobile says "I will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible." Eric may contact you a day later as he is a workaholic, so be prepared. If you need to talk to him in person he is prepared to find the time to come to you at home or meet some time even after office hours in his office and Eric brewed the coffee at six PM for me. Eric is very methodical, I must admit he did educate me as to why my property was not worth as much in comparison to the one that sold for a higher price a couple of doors down the same street from me. Having accepted his advice he promised that we will achieve our target due to the high demand in the area. On the first open we achieved our target but Eric's team pushed ahead another week and a second open. I could not believe how we were able to get $2000 more than the advertised price and much, much, more than what we were happy to settle for. He gave us valuable tips on how to present the property for sale and he had professionals who were available to do the job at very reasonable prices. A fantastic outcome thanks Eric and the team.

Joe was well able to make the experience of buying a new home, and selling the old one, easy. He, and the other staff members, were polite, answering most of my questions immediately, and following up with advice and an answer within a day if they were unsure. He gave me realistic estimates of property prices and listened to what I was looking for in my new home, showing me several possible homes for sale.
