Going into buying a home we were expecting to deal with high pressure and lies about other buyers, but Steve was honest and upfront with all information. He helped us to work effectively with the vendor to come to a price and terms that suited both parties. He helped us to interpret building reports and parts of the contract, and even though we were hesitant to put much faith in what he was saying (he was the agent for the vendor, after all), he turned out to be thuthful and trying to do what was best for us as well. When we were unsure if a place was in our budget, he encouraged us to look at other options rather than over-stretch. Overall it was a pleasure to work with Steve.

Steve was the reason we were able to purchase our new home in Glenhaven. We fell in love with a property just prior the the pandemic, and with so much uncertainly surrounding us, we were unsure how to proceed with our interest. We loved the home, but this was premature to us being in a position to buy, having not finished a renovation or sold our 2 other properties. Steve was the epitome of the perfect agent, maintaining clear, transparent and honest communication between us as the sellers. He even managed to negotiate for us a 9 month settlement to allow for our other sales (which we then brought forward once we were in a position too). Steve is a genuine, honest and real professional who we are lucky to also call a great friend now too. We are now settling in to our new home and we couldn’t be more grateful. Not that we have any intent to sell for a while, but when we do, we wouldn’t trust anyone but Steve. Thanks for everything!
