Steve has a clear understanding of the market dynamics at play at any given time within his geographic jurisdiction. This is helpful when settling a market-related price for sale. Steve is happy to listen to an individual Vendor's point of view and offer solutions and options to suite. However, his ability to be flexible around any commercial arrangements is limited purely as a result of the long-established business model in his industry into which he must fit. The industry/profession AS A WHOLE should perhaps think about taking more accountability for performance delivery and KPI's in their models. Steve is clear in his communications, and will always disclose any cautions or issues early, in the interest of transparency later. Steve can be trusted to follow through on what he says. As such, Steve is a well-experienced professional who can be trusted to deliver the best that he (and his organisation) can on behalf of the vendor.
