Steve has a clear understanding of the market dynamics at play at any given time within his geographic jurisdiction. This is helpful when settling a market-related price for sale. Steve is happy to listen to an individual Vendor's point of view and offer solutions and options to suite. However, his ability to be flexible around any commercial arrangements is limited purely as a result of the long-established business model in his industry into which he must fit. The industry/profession AS A WHOLE should perhaps think about taking more accountability for performance delivery and KPI's in their models. Steve is clear in his communications, and will always disclose any cautions or issues early, in the interest of transparency later. Steve can be trusted to follow through on what he says. As such, Steve is a well-experienced professional who can be trusted to deliver the best that he (and his organisation) can on behalf of the vendor.

Over the past four decades both my wife and myself have built and sold numerous homes and as a result have dealt with a large number of real estate agents over the years. In late 2019, I had the good fortune of meeting and listing our Dural acreage residence with William Brush from LJ Hookers at Dural. As everyone knows late 2019 and 2020 have been years like no other. We have suffered droughts then bushfires and then headlong into a global pandemic and all the restrictions surrounding COVID-19. During this time we were listed with William as our agent and he never flinched or lost focus of the task at hand during all of these serious and extremely distracting times and events, we were all navigating through. William promoted the property and worked 'his magic' like the true professional he is. Following the pandemic lockdown and the reopening of open home inspections, William always kept safety at absolute front of mind and had a COVID-19 safety plan in place to keep all persons safe throughout the sale process. During the entire time I have know William, I always found him to be the most professional and honest business operative, I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I also would like to add, William is one of those 'rare jewels' you only come across on very rare occasions in that he is polite, professional, focussed, friendly and an all round great bloke!!
