Excellent experience as a vendor throughout the whole process
We sold an acreage property in Dural during the pandemic, and Peter was excellent throughout the whole process. He kept us well informed the entire time, and secured an excellent sale fairly quickly, under very challenging market conditions. One thing that many people overlook is preparation of your property prior to sale in order to display it in its best light. Peter was excellent in this regard, and had a strong suite of tradespeople and stylists to call on, as well as pragmatic advice, that helped us greatly to prepare the property to its full potential. He knows the market very well, and we certainly took notice of his recommendations, and it all paid off in the end with an excellent result. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter, and further suggest that you seek his advice throughout the process and implement it.

A Great Agent
Steve sold us a property in Castle Hill a couple of years ago.Circumstances saw a need to sell the property. We approached Steve who moved with great speed to get the place ready for market. He then found a buyer and we were able to sort out a deal before marketing commenced. A great result for the buyer and us and Steve deserves a lot of the credit. Steve is a True Professional with a Personal Touch Who Had an Immediate Buyer for our Home
From our first meeting with Steve to discuss putting our home up for auction, we found he had a reassuring and professional mannerism and obviously knew the market well as he already had a buyer in mind for our home. He asked us if we would consider selling our house off market. A couple of days later Steve took the prospective buyers through our home for an inspection. Peter is a pleasure
Peter made the whole purchase process for my investment property a pleasure. Although he was acting for the vendor, he went out of his way to ensure I'd completed due diligence and had access to all the reports I'd need to make an informed purchase.
