In early 2020 my mother engaged William to manage the sale of our family home at Dural. My parents lived there for over 50 years so it was quite an emotional process for her. William was very sympathetic and understanding of her needs from the first meeting to the final settlement. He involved all of us in the decision making processes and was always available to discuss any aspect of the sale. He was always prompt with his feedback and nothing was ever too much trouble. His experience and knowledge of the local market was invaluable William was able to recommend a local, reliable and very reasonably priced contractor to assist us with getting the house ready for sale as well as giving us suggestions on how we might improve the presentation of the house prior to putting it on the market. The property ended up being sold prior to auction at a price we all felt was most satisfactory despite the challenging market. Personally, I would highly recommend William to anyone who has a requirement for his services. I would not hesitate to engage his expertise should the need arise sometime in the future.
