My Father and Mother moved into the local nursing home at Salisbury and the family home had to be sold as soon as possible. Mark is based in Salisbury and has a high profile in this area. But for me this was not necessarily an important factor, in fact, it originally put me off. I wanted to work with an agent who was easy to work with, treated me with respect, reliable, met timeframes, was not pushy, acted with integrity, and knew the market. In particular, I was after an agent who would achieve a fair price, sell my house quickly as I did not want buyers trudging through my house for months on end, provide expert advice on strategies to achieve these to goals, and be available to answer any questions I may have. I originally made a decision to sell my house pre-COVID and had a meeting with a number of real estate agents. I listened carefully to their advice but what I liked about Mark was that he was positive and confident that he could sell my house at a fair price. We discussed that price and even in the midst of COVID, we achieved slightly more than the original price quoted by Mark and the house essentially sold on day 1. There were a number of further negotiations over settlement that went forward seamlessly under Mark and his team's stewardship. Whilst most of my dealings were with Mark, I found his back office was very professional and his contacts with photographers, gardeners, small jobs etc to be so valuable. Would highly recommend Mark and his team.
