Mark is a very kind agent. He told us he had a strong buyer he felt would love the house. They were the only couple through and we accepted the offer. Mark and his team provided a friendly & professional service in selling my Mother's home. Mark was very understanding when we had to initially withdraw the home from the market, then he and his team showed persistence when the sale took a little longer than initially expected. Open houses were held every weekend (unless skipped by mutual agreement), and we were always given feedback on the opinions of prospective buyers.
