Very Professional Service, Genuine, Gets the Job done!
I met Mark many years ago with the view of renting out my townhouse and I found him on our first meeting to be very amiable, genuine and down to earth. Although I did not end up using his property management service, I said to myself at the time that I would use his services if I were to sell my property. Fast forward 5 years and his name was on the top of my mind when I decided to sell. He was selling 3 townhouses in my complex when I spoke to him and he advised me at the time that it would be more suitable to hold off and right he was. I held off selling till the following year and the process to sell began. Unfortunately, COVID-19 hit after 2-3 weeks on the market and the thoughts were that it was unlikely to sell, given the current circumstances. Mark called weekly to provide updates about potential buyers and despite my expectations that it was not going to sell, a Buyer was located and 35 days later, the property was settled. My experience with Mark and his team was fantastic, right down to the congratulatory gift at settlement. Thank you Mark and Trace, you deserve nothing but praise. Cheers!
