Outstanding experience
Lucy is the best real estate agent we have worked with. She was professional, friendly, responsive and diligent, and made finding a new tenant for our property an absolute breeze! With thanks to Lucy, the whole process was finalised within a matter of weeks and her advice throughout every stage of the process was wonderful. We highly recommend Lucy and MARQ!

Helpful and kind from the start!
MARQ property has been helpful, kind and professional from the start of our interactions with them. Kayla was extremely helpful as we went through the application process and securing our tenancy. Her communication was excellent, being timely and personable. Whilst we are yet to move into our new rental, we are excited about the professional relationship and timely communication we have already had with MARQ, and that to come over our tenancy.

Above and beyond!
Hadia and the team have been amazing to work with. This is the 3rd property management team I've worked with since renting out our unit, and they've been the best by a mile! Super communicative, accommodating and will organise anything and everything for you. Particularly important since we are temporarily overseas. An absolute delight to work with.

Friendly and supportive through the whole process
The team at MARQ have been fabulous through the whole process of renting out our family home. Lucy and Emma in particular have been so patient, friendly and supportive. I've really appreciated their guidance through all this. They have been incredibly responsive and prompt in attending to my questions or requests. The idea of renting out our family home was quite scary to me initially but the professional, friendly and supportive team at MARQ have helped set my mind at ease. Thanks so much!
