I really want to say that Sophie is such a wonderful person i’ve ever met real estate guys before! she helped us a lot whenever and very kind. I appreciated to her. But when i went to MARQ building for grabbing my keys for new home, the reception woman was very unkind she seemed don’t want to work or tired. She asked me if there’s any quetions and i asked few, which she said she don’t know ask Emma. What’s the point to ask me if there’s any questions? I don’t know it was pretty frustrating and feel uncomfortable. But beside of that, besides of that everything was good

From the moment I expressed interest in several properties through MARQ, Sophie Rank was exceptional. I was interstate at the time and unable to attend inspections in person, so a colleague viewed the properties on my behalf. Throughout the process, Sophie remained in regular contact with me, and her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine warmth were evident in every interaction. When I returned to Canberra and attended an inspection for a property on Macleay Street in Turner, Sophie greeted me with the same kindness and attentiveness I’d already come to appreciate.
