JT has been in Canberra for a long time and knows his stuff. He makes good suggestions of what needs to be done before selling, but there is no pressure to do anything if you choose not to. JT has sold 3 houses for me and they have always sold quickly, with no issues. This is due to his realistic expectations in the current markets, his people skills, honesty and his upbeat personality.
