We would definitely recommend his services for anyone looking to sell.
Sam took on our listing after we did not achieve a result with another agent. Sam was keen and incredibly efficient, going straight to work on updating the marketing, and proposing ideas to generate interest. Sam had very successful open homes, and achieved multiple offers in a short period of time. Sam’s dedication and tenacity achieved a great result for us, and we would definitely recommend his services for anyone looking to sell.

The Best Agent in Town
Our journey to finding our first home began with an inspection in Harrison. JT sent us a follow-up to see if we were interested. When we declined, he informed us about another property in Harrison that had been previously under offer. My wife and I reviewed the contract and building report and scheduled an inspection for the next day. JT mentioned he would be overseas but assured us he could still be reached. His associate, Jonah, took us to the inspection, and we fell in love with the property at first sight. After submitting our offer, JT called me from overseas. I explained that we are serious buyers, had been searching for a home for three months and were expecting our first baby in September. JT simply said, "Leave it with me, let me have a chat with the seller." Fifty-three minutes later, JT called back and said, "Congratulations, Joseph! The seller has accepted your offer. Don’t worry, we will update the property to be under offer and won’t sell it to anyone else." At that moment, our dream came true. No more early Saturday mornings with my pregnant wife, driving around for inspections. Before settlement, Jonah took proactive responsibility. He opened the property several times for our structural and gas heating inspections. He also provided us with early access for storage purposes after negotiation with the seller. Working with JT and Jonah was such a pleasant experience—they were always there to support us. It's been a month since we settled, and we are absolutely loving our new home. Thanks to JT and Jonah, our dream of finding our first home came true.

Sam was an exceptional agent throughout the sale of our house.
We live out of Canberra and were worried we would have to travel in and out of Canberra quite a bit during the process. However, Sam made the whole process a breeze without us having to travel once. We have tried to sell with another agent before however unsuccessful. I must say, this time around Sam was definitely instrumental in allowing us to secure an excellent offer. He is reliable, punctual and an overall good human being!

He’s phenomenal.
Justin was fantastic from the beginning to the end of our sales campaign. He was supportive and informative in the lead up to going to market, developed a fantastic diverse campaign and was attentive and knowledgeable during every open. He’s professional, warm and welcoming and we always felt confident in his ability to obtain the best price even though the market wasn’t exactly great at the time. We had more than 200 groups through our home and eventually obtained a price that broke the suburb record. He really is the best in Canberra and with every discussion, you really get a sense of the depth of his expertise and passion for real estate. You’ll never regret selecting him as your Agent.
