Our journey to finding our first home began with an inspection in Harrison. JT sent us a follow-up to see if we were interested. When we declined, he informed us about another property in Harrison that had been previously under offer. My wife and I reviewed the contract and building report and scheduled an inspection for the next day. JT mentioned he would be overseas but assured us he could still be reached. His associate, Jonah, took us to the inspection, and we fell in love with the property at first sight. After submitting our offer, JT called me from overseas. I explained that we are serious buyers, had been searching for a home for three months and were expecting our first baby in September. JT simply said, "Leave it with me, let me have a chat with the seller." Fifty-three minutes later, JT called back and said, "Congratulations, Joseph! The seller has accepted your offer. Don’t worry, we will update the property to be under offer and won’t sell it to anyone else." At that moment, our dream came true. No more early Saturday mornings with my pregnant wife, driving around for inspections. Before settlement, Jonah took proactive responsibility. He opened the property several times for our structural and gas heating inspections. He also provided us with early access for storage purposes after negotiation with the seller. Working with JT and Jonah was such a pleasant experience—they were always there to support us. It's been a month since we settled, and we are absolutely loving our new home. Thanks to JT and Jonah, our dream of finding our first home came true.
