Exceeded my expectations

Good outcome in an uncertain market
Whilst our timing to go to market was out of our hands, there was an amazing amount of disruption and poor economic news, almost on a daily basis, and this lead to very unusual and uncertain market conditions. Therefore, our final outcome was slightly below our expectations however, we have no doubt the market was dipping even further after we exchanged contracts, so we walk away quite content.

Professional, knowledgeable and very helpful
Chris and Diaman were excellent to deal with throughout our process of selling the family home. We were having trouble finding tradespeople to tidy up the house and Chris was able to recommend several local people who came and did an expert, cost-effective and timely job. Chris and Damian worked very well together and explained the reasoning for all their recommendations very clearly, and kept us fully informed as to interest in the property. We communicated well through whatsApp at all times and we had several on-site meetings to talk about the process that left us in no doubt as to their price expectations, what was needed from us and how they would approach negotiations. As it happened the house was sold quickly before auction and the very good price was no doubt enhanced by Chris's approach in dealing with the competing parties firmly but straightforwardly. Right through the process, the communication of developments has been immediate and we got the feeling that Chris and Damian both knew exactly when we would be anticipating news.

A careful, well-managed & methodical process.
Stephen’s experience in real estate was very obvious to us from the time we first sat down with him and throughout the subsequent informative & clearly explained meetings. The team at Marshall White, Hawthorn, we’re both professional and clearly attentive to detail. Sophia was just lovely and both her people skills and language skills meant that this agency was able to cover a multiplicity of possible buyers. In short, full credit must go to Stephen whose leadership skills marshalled this real estate agency to accomplish an outcome with which we were extremely satisfied.

Professional and enthusiastic
Shamit kept us informed throughout the campaign and gave valuable insight and advice to us; we felt we were in very capable hands. He explained the pros and cons behind every decision we had to make and the process thoroughly such that we had very little questions during the course of the campaign. Shamit is professional and enthusiastic; it has been a pleasure working with him on the sale of our home (he even went the extra mile and delivered his congratulations after hours to our home!)
