The property can be sold within 3 weeks since I made the decision to sell the property. He is very passion and active to negotiate the price with purchaser for me. That's the reason why it's so quick to make the deal with purchaser. He is also very thoughtful person as he advice me to give discount to tenant as the inspection would be interrupt tenant's weekend. I'm glad to meet him and other officers from Martin. Peter, was extremely professional and highly ethical. It was a pleasure and great experience dealing with him as he understands his customers and their expectations. My wife and I were initially disappointed that the unit we had put in an offer was withdrawn by the seller. However, Peter came to our rescue by recommending a similar off market oppprtunity for a unit nearby which we have just recently acquired.
