The dynamic duo David Bettini and Peter Tun, what can we say? They are very good. They are professional and understand the market. From the start we had interview couple of real-estate agent; when we first met with David we knew he can sell our apartment with the price we are looking for. The market wasn’t that great and it’s the buyers’ market. Your jaw might drop in his concepts; however, trust David in what he says. We mentioned the number we wanted, he gave a bit more than what we ask for. Peter was great! He kept us up to date and informed every step of the way. There was a time we needed more information and explanation, he gladly walk us through it. He is a great communicator and responds quickly on the email and phone and he went an extra just to make sure everything is smooth.
