He was happy to help on all aspects and when I finally purchased my investment property I gave them the opportunity of managing it. No regrets in this choice. I was handed to Matt Layton who, from the start, was there to answer any questions even before they had the contract. Once the process started liaising with Matt was a dream, showing people through the house even while the original owners were still there. We had the property rented 2 days after the first open house and the new tenants in within 2 days of the old owners moving out.
