We actually bought this house with Alan as the agent a few years ago and had a great experience as buyers so naturally we requested him to come and appraise our home. As first time sellers, we weren't sure how things worked or what we were signing up too - so I would definitely recommend asking as many as questions as you can if you are unsure, we weren't as confident and didn't ask the questions we should have!
