Alan has a great number years experience and knowledge of ‘The Gateway Estate’ which shows. We have lived in this estate for 10 years and Alan has from time to time visited us to enquire about selling. With the sale of our home he was very professional, friendly, honest, genuine and his advice was excellent. Often followed us up. He showed a personal interest in any queries and was always available to talk to. If estate agents were rated like fine wine — Alan’s a vintage you don’t forget.
Saying "thank you" to Alan, just doesn't feel enough. The experience we had with him compared to our estate agents last year - chalk and cheese. Alan's work ethic is second to none. He's honest, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, transparent and his communication is spot on. We always felt informed and supported, every step of the way. We're so grateful to have had him by our side for such a stressful, big moment in our lives. Our home was sold by day 7 and officially signed up by day 8. Even when contracts were signed, he still worked tirelessly in the background incase the sale fell through. He was supposed to sell my parents' house as well, but due to family medical issues, this did not go ahead. Alan's concern was for my family's well being and not with the sale that he lost. We cannot recommend Alan highly enough. If you want the best price, a quick result and an honest agent. Alan is your man!!!

Absolute professional.
Alan was an absolute professional when selling our dear Mum’s beloved home. He approached every aspect with respect & genuinely cared & understood how hard this was for us. We sold our Lilydale home with Alan 9 years ago & didn’t hesitate to reach out to Alan to sell Mum’s home. His knowledge of the area & market was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble.
