As first time sellers, we weren't sure how things worked or what we were signing up too - so I would definitely recommend asking as many as questions as you can if you are unsure, we weren't as confident and didn't ask the questions we should have! His follow up and communication throughout the process has been amazing - updates and additional information and recommendations to get our house in the best state possible to sell. He ended up getting us a great price, with our house only being on the market for just over a week which was incredible. From the moment I met Alan I found him to be a genuine, polite, respectful and a knowledgeable man. As a senior citizen it had been a long time since I had to navigate the sale of my house. I had been there for 27 years. My husband was in aged care and I was finding it overwhelming to begin the process without him as he was unable to assist me due to his advanced dementia. Alan explained each process and all possible scenarios and he did so with great respect and understanding. Unfortunately I lost my husband during this process and Alan was so kind and respectful at this time. The house was sold on the fifth day of it being launched and I was delighted with the settlement offer which exceeded my expectations.
