We had a great experience buying from Matt at McCartney in Torquay. He was very knowledgable about the property and the local area and facilitated multiple inspections and phone calls very patiently. We didn't feel pressured or rushed through the process. The final processes of buying were super smooth, with minimal admin. Outstanding Local Knowledge

Their knowledge of the market was outstanding. There are always many houses for Sale in Torquay which is a challenge for the seller and Agents. Brent always kept us informed of what was happening in the area, and advised us on one occasion to slightly change the price which resulted in a win for all. I was so surprised how Brent and Matt operated as they were always in touch with us. Even when Brent was on holidays he did not hesitate to pick up the phone to give us advise.
