I had communication at least weekly with Geoff, either via phone or email. Informing me of interest in my property and he followed through with prospective buyers. Unfortunately it was a buyers market at the time, so I had to drop my price but in a very slow market he managed to find a buyer. It is now under contract. I would highly recommend Geoff , if I was purchasing in this area again I would definitely use him again.
