Kirsty was up front with both us, and the people interested in our property, about what to expect in relation to the sale of our property. She didn't push us to spend additional money on advertising etc but spent the time contacting people she thought might be interested personally. Our house was on the market less than a week and it was sold for more than we expected. Geoff is a true professional possessing outstanding local real estate knowledge. He has a very calming and approachable manner, he is a good communicator and will bend over backwards to assist with whatever he can. As an example of this we had an inspection of a property we liked (which we eventually purchased) at short notice we requested a second inspection on a Sunday, which he did without any fuss. He has an easy going attitude, nothing is too difficult and he makes you feel at ease. Couldn't recommend Geoff highly enough.
