Kirsty was very professional, friendly and helpful - at the open house sales she was informative but not pushy and had a good knowledge of the individual houses. If she could not answer a question she was prepared to follow-up with the owners. However, we purchased a block of land she had advised us of. In addition, the young ladies at the front desk (POC) were also friendly and helpful - in particular, Jess. I feel Kirsty and the POC Team are an asset to McCartney Real Estate, Torquay business practice.
