Tim took a genuine interest in the home, and took the time to understand the value added items. He gave an honest appraisal, and advised what we could achieve. We agreed with his valuation and Tim took care of everything from there on with ease. Tim had this property sold within 3 weeks, over the Christmas period, and his appraisal was correct.
