Tim is a very professional agent who always gave us 100 % and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Tim and his team without any hesitation. His team all work together and we were always informed on any developments in regard to us selling and then purchasing our next property. Look no further when buying or selling this agent is well ahead of the pack. Robert & Jan Scott. Torquay.

Just settled property purchased through Tim Carson of McCartney Real Estate Torquay, great to deal with. Tim was professional, punctual, and always kept us well informed, as I am sure he also did with his vendors. Would not hesitate in using Tim again to buy or sell

After looking at property for several years in the Torquay and Barwon Heads area and having several poor experiences with other agents in the area my experiencing with Tim was refreshing. He was honest and transparent, he managed the expectations well both ways, he did it in a timely manner and in a way that ensured the best outcome for his vendor but also respected us as the buying party. I would recommend Tim and his team.

I found Tim to be extremely professional in his manner. He was positive and enthusiastic, yet realistic, when helping me with the sale of my property. Nothing was too much trouble. Requests for information, or help with the preparation of the property were always handled cheerfully, capably and promptly. He communicated very well and gave lots of immediate feed back on interest shown in the property after Open for Inspections. Thanks to Tim's fine efforts, I achieved a very pleasing sale result.

We are pleased with the overall result of the sale. Starting from our initial meeting with Tim, Kim and Steve, when a few minor maintenance issues were identified. Action was organised by Tim when he met up on site with a handyman and a painter. Following what appeared to be a very slow response to the marketing program, Tim and staff were successful in achieving a satisfactory result after auction. A job well done.

The property was sold before the first open at the full asking price.
