Once we finally decided to list our property, we undertook some research to choose the best-suited real estate agent for our property. An agent who was genuine, transparent and would have our best interest at the forefront. We were impressed with Tim from McCartney Real Estate. Our appointment was made easy once we had meet Tim, he spent time with us answering all our concerns/questions, was confident in his knowledge and provided data that enables us to make an executive decision based on his knowledge. Tim made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other agents may not have done, like giving us staging tips. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. Tim hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and was a stand out. The whole experience was pleasant and easy. Although Geoff represented the vendor, we felt comfortable talking to Geoff about the purchase of the property. He provided us with good objective information about the property without trying to do a hard sell, as well as good local market information (we talked to other parties as well). He kept us up-to-date with the sales process, and was very cooperative both pre- and post sale in arranging visits and other requests that we had. In the end I believe both parties were happy with the outcome though a fair and open facilitation process by Geoff.
