Tim was fantastic in all dealings. He made the sale of our property painless and transparent. He was able to cut a deal that suited the buyer, satisfied us and was spot on with his assessment of the market. He was also great at communicating with the tenants that we had in the property prior to sale and provided strategies for making the sale suit all parties including the tenants of the house which was important to me. i have followed the Torquay property market closely now for a 10 year period, and during this time have been aware that Tim and Mcartneys are the most logical agent to go with when selling a property. Their sales results reflect the same. So put simply i gave Tim a demanding task. I was about to purchase a property at auction and i gave Tim the unltimatum of selling our property within 3 weeks. That was to prepare the advertising photos marketing and get a sale. Well he got it done in 3 weeks and 1 day. With a price that was above what i wanted. I found Tim professional, always returning calls promptly, and was kept up to date in detail on a frequent basis. Highly recommend Tim and Mcartneys and will no doubt use them again.
