Tim was the Agent involved in a recent house purchase we made. Whilst we never forgot that his role was to secure the best possible price for the vendor, Tim conducted himself with absolute professionalism and a high degree of integrity. He communicated with us regularly, openly and honestly throughout the whole negotiation, and made what could have been a stressful period into something much more bearable. Regards, Mick & Jodi Fuller

WE FOUND TIM TO BE VERY RELIABLE AND TOTALLY HONEST AT ALL STAGES OF THE SALES PROCESS HE CONTINUED TO GIVE OUR PROPERTY FULL EXPOSURE EVEN THOUGH THE PROPERTY HAD BEEN ON THE MARKET MUCH LONGER THAN THE AVERAGE I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN USING TIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE

We were very impressed with Tim. His communication levels were outstanding. A pleasure to deal with and made the whole process a breeze. He sold our house before the first open, so we were very happy! We would recommend Tim and McCartney's to anyone.

McCartney agents are really a team, all with great communication skills and diligent at following up. They are willing to invest time and effort in the sale and a pleasure to deal with. The most pleasing aspect was they provided advice, however once we as vendors made a decision, they followed it exactly as requested.

We were very impressed with Tim's dedication to service during the marketing of our home. It was a "difficult" situation with us living abroad and the house being tenanted. It was a fine line trying to market the house aggressively with out upsetting the tenants with loads of walk throughs and opens. A great result in the end with the house being sold to another investor. Tim's communication through the marketing and sale of our house was faultless. Keeping us informed of how things were proceeding through out the process. We would most definitely recommend Tim Carson to any current and future seller or purchaser in the Torquay area.
