In my experience, I was lucky enough to buy houses I liked, and real estate agents are the most crucial. I remember the first time I bought a house， I only looked at the house on net from overseas and then sold it online through a very nice real estate agent. It is unbelievable for ordinary people, but it is true. It depends on the mutual trust between the buyer and the real estate agent and the agency patience. So, this time I met Matt, a very patient and professional real estate agent, who let me express my wishes through texts messages every time, so I was lucky to buy the house I wanted again. Mutual trust is less and less in this society. Rather than saying that I am picky about choosing a house, it is better to say that I am picky about the character of the agent.
