What I valued extremely highly was Matthew's calm, patience and people skills in handling difficult situations. In this he was most adept. We are very happy with our decision to engage Matthew. The only thing I would suggest for future clients, is that the additional, optional, service people such as cleaning and gardening were a) not of a high standard b) over priced c) did not complete what they said they would. The gardener tried to leave the property early, not completing and his fee proposal was unspecific in the tasks. The tasks set were verbally agreed. Perhaps engage your own.
