We decided to go with Kyli McCrae after reviewing the providers in Bowen , we felt that the quality of what you were paying for in advertising and the fee's for sale were the best going and when we originally bought the home in 2021 she was easy to deal with and made that transaction enjoyable . So here we were 3 years later selling the same home , Kyli was very attentive from start , actioned signage and online advertising very quickly. The quality of footage and photos were great and we rolled into the first open home within days ! ( FYI she is the only realtor that does open homes in the area) . Once under offer she only went further past general duties of any realtor ..we had to move interstate before the removalist came , Kyli assisted us in meeting the removalist team while they loaded our gear , she help in arranging trades to fix an item on our shed for council approvals and made sure our yard was prepped for settlement day for the new buyers ! She was there with any questions we had and supported us though the entire process. To add we received a lovey hamper from her with decadent items and champagne for us to celebrate with .
