Kyli managed an absolutely smooth sale of our investment property. She had great knowledge of the local market, which helped us to decide on the best sale strategy. The prospect purchasers were provided with all of the information they requested. A great result and an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thank you.

I have bought and sold through Kyli and I wouldn’t use anyone else in Bowen. Kyli makes buying and selling stress free everytime. Great results and first class service.

Our relationship with Kylie spans many years during which 2 blocks have been bought and sold successfully in Whitsunday Shores. Kylie has gained the highest property sales in the area, and the respect of her peers. We have always been served with reassurance and professionalism in a tough market, and have felt every confidence and achieved much success as a result.

What a truly amazing experience. From the moment we walked into her office to inquire about purchasing a property to the day of settlement Kylie was extremely helpful and professional. We could not ask for a better agent and I would happily deal with her again

Kyli was very positive and professional in all parts of the process of viewing, photographing, listing and selling our home. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to sell our home within a relatively short time frame and during a traditionally quiet period (we listed 21/12 and had an offer 05/02). Excellent service, excellent result. Highly recommend

Kyli is a fantastic realestate agent. She took on my property when she noticed it was not really being promoted. I enormously appreciate her approach. Very honest and upfront.
