What can I say, we did a buy and sell with same day settlement. Kyli did a fantastic job in working between the sellers and buyers so everything went through the solicitors smoothly. Would not hesitate to use their company again.

Kyli has an excellent knowledge of the housing market in Bowen and was able to get us an excellent price for our investment property. We were so happy with the result that she is now selling our family home as we move to a new region. Highly recommended Kyli to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Bowen region.

All we did was complete the paperwork giving Kyli from McCrae Property Group the task of selling our property. From there on, her professional service flowed smoothly from that beginning to the Settlement of a successful No Dramas Sale. With the use of Docusign and email all communication was spot on. McCrae Property Group also provided a well organised and stress free rental service. The requirements for the transfer of our tenants to the new owners was completed with ease on all parties. Have no regrets asking Kyli for her service and will gladly recommend McCrae Property Group to anyone requiring realestate assistance.

Kyli is truly the best Property Sales person I have ever experienced. I have a lot of experience with property and hands down, she is the best I have ever dealt with. She is down to earth, straight forward, honest, keeps things simple, maintains momentum, attends to details and keeps you updated with consistent communication. Her standards for herself and her team are amazing. She is smart, friendly, professional and I would utilise her experience every time I need a great property agent.

Kylie has integrity is honest and goes that extra mile. I would highly recommend Kylie if you are looking to sell. She follows the sale through from start to finish. We couldn’t have done this without her team.

Hi, i bought a place in Bowen a few years ago, Not knowing the area well i needed someone local to look after the house i bought. After looking at what was available in Bowen, i decided on Mcrae Real estate Both Kylie and Rob made me feel comfortable about renting it out through them. I was always kept in touch with during the years, and my house was kept very well. Due to things changing i decide that a move to Bowen was not going to happen for me. After talking with Kylie we decided to put it on the market. Kylie was always confident of a sale and a good price. This was achieved and we settled yesterday. I would have no hesitation reccomending them to anyone looking for a local agent with great knowledge of the area. Thanks Dave

Kylie was professional but friendly. There is no one else that knows the local real estate like Kylie. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We would highly recommend using Kylie if you are buying, selling or renting in Bowen.

Thank you, Kyli, for your assistance with selling our strata titled unit. At times Strata titled properties are not the easiest and straight forward properties to sell. Kyli's knowledge and experience made it a very streamlined process. We would recommend Kyli to any potential buyer or seller.
