We chose to sell our property with Dino as he gave us open options on how to sell. We considered his estimate appropriate, but most of all we felt that he would be great at his job which was to sell our house. He was always available to talk, to explain and very friendly, in fact Dino had a very positive energy which created humour through what can be a stressful time. On photograph and plan day, his whole team turned up to make sure everything was just right - they had even picked the leaves off the grass, the little things that we don't think of. They sent us proofs of signage, photo's and wording which allowed for an integrated approach. You felt the selling of the house was important to them as it was to you. When we bought our original house it was done by silent auction, we hadn't heard much about it, but we really liked the house and put our highest price. We recently decided to upgrade and when we purchased through a public auction and we actually were able to purchase it for less than we were expecting. When it came time to sell, we looked at a few agents but came back to Dino at McDonald Partners with the silent auction, everything Dino said was 100% true. We had a lot more control with a silent auction, we were able to line up our settlements. We could sit back and assess the bids and we werent locked into selling. We were very very happy with the bids that came in. It was amazing, we sold the house within 10 days for much more than we thought we would.
