Tim did a great job in marketing our rural retreat just outside Berry NSW. Having grown up in the area, and still living there, Tim has a very deep understanding of the local market, pretty much every property in the area ( whether on the market or not) and the best way to communicate the value and attractions of the area and specific property to prospective buyers.
He has a laid back approach which we valued. And, in our opinion, that is the right approach for this market. We didn't like the idea of a hustling agent dealing with a property that we loved so much. While his approach was laid back, his behind the scenes energy, commitment, communication and negotiation skills were excellent. The marketing campaign was brilliant. Advertising was online and the copywriter and photographer both did excellent jobs. With a rural property, it is essential to be able to present the property well online. Otherwise people won't bother making the effort to travel to inspect, especially when the property is (beautifully) isolated as ours. He and his associate, Nick, converted the thousands ( yes thousands) of online visits to over 40 groups who physically inspected the property. He achieved a quick sale for a good and fair price. We were delighted. Above all, he demonstrated high levels of professionalism, integrity and straightfowardness. In our view, he is the right agent and Elders is the right agency for the area.
