As a vendor i am sure Gabrielle was great. As a purchaser she didnt really make any contact. No email or phone prior to or after settlement. This email is the only thing we have received. Plus an email on the day we settled saying our property manager had resigned. We may be investors but you should still provide a certain level of service.
