Kate and the team at McGrath have been awesome in helping me rent out my house in ballarat. From checking on the house before the build was completed to give me an update that the builder wouldn't, all the way through to picking up the keys, organising it to get cleaned (and lawn mowed) and then finding suitable tenants within a very short time frame. The experience that Kate and the rental team at McGraths made our search for our new property both enjoyable and stress free. We had alot of stress from other agencies not communicating with us, but Kate & co arranged an inspection on a property outside of their normal hours and the follow up was amazing. They made the application process stressless and provided constant communication on the progress as well as the genuine joy from them when they notified us of the positive result.
