Exceeded My Expectation
I'm an award winning ex property manager and expect a very high standard from my property manager's. My dealings with Kate from McGrath Ballarat have been excellent and yes they have exceeded my expectation. I live in Melbourne and my new investment property is in Ballarat. Kate has made it so easy for me and there has been no stress. Excellent in all areas from communication to service and everything else. Professional & transparent Kate
Kate was highly professional from the word 'go', when we decided to lease our property. She has a very friendly approach even while negotiating the management terms & fees. The easiest rental application process we've experienced
We can't recommend McGrath enough. We are currently leasing a property with them and we absolutely love it. Kate and the whole property management team are always friendly and professional.
