Aimee is our Property Manager and as we are interstate, we rely on Aimee to look after our property as if this were her own. She does this 100% of the time. Her feedback, thorough inspections with photos and her prompt replies to emails and calls are appreciated. When re-leasing the property, Aimee found an appropriate tenant promptly. I have to say they have gone above and beyond to help me secure a rental for me and 3 children. Hi there, We are happy to do a review for you. We found McGrath Ballarat to be very professional and efficient. The two people who assisted us with our rental requirements were Kate and Jenny. Kate was helpful at all times, a good listener and very capable. We only met Jenny when she handed over the keys and went though some remaining paper work to be completed.
