Beyond my wildest expectations A+++++ to Kate Lorden
Selling a property for the first time was very nerve wracking. I had never gone through the experience before and even the process of choosing an agent felt arduous. I had initially asked three agents in my local area for a prospectus, I was going through the decision-making process, but I did not feel any connection or initial trust with any of the agents. Then at the last minute I was recommended Kate by a colleague and never regretted my decision to choose Kate as my selling agent. Kate went above and beyond what I thought was possible. Working outside of usual office hours at night and weekends to assist me to get the best price possible for my apartment. No questions I asked seemed silly or annoying to Kate. She was open and honest through the whole process. I never had one doubt about her abilities as an agent and her commitment to the outcomes we decided together. I would also add that the marketing campaign, including photos and video were so professionally done and presented that my apartment did look at its best for sale. Her passion and joy for her job shone through in every interaction with myself, my tenant, and all prospective buyers through the weeks we spent together. I would recommend Kate to anyone selling their property. They will not be disappointed.

Highly professional and helpful
As buyers we found Cindy & Scott (ably assisted by the rest of the Kennedy team) consistently had some of the best properties on offer, testament to having forged strong relationships with vendors in the local community. A comprehensive marketing plan

Excellent communication, and the utmost professional service
Cindy and Scott worked incredibly hard throughout the campaign to help us achieve a sale in a tough market. Their communication and responsiveness was excellent, and no request was ever too hard. Cindy and Scott have fantastic suppliers and trades at their disposal, who they were able to call upon at short notice and they coordinated those trades for us, to ensure it all went smoothly. Throughout the campaign Cindy and Scott were with us every step of the way, kept us closely updated and gave us pragmatic advice. They are an awesome team. Thank you again!

What a challenging time to sell and here we found ourselves selling. Cindy and her team champion us from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend and would use again, took the hard work out of selling
We were very impressed with Cindy and her team. They really took the hard work out of selling by recommending quick and reliable trades for the touch ups required. It was touch and go as the market is interesting right now (election, war in Ukraine, rising cost of living and interest rates) but she and her team worked tirelessly and got us the result we were after prior to auction. It was sad to let go of, but I hope the Buyer is happy in his new home 😊
