Cindy had a harder than normal challenge with our house as it was tenanted and "off market" but she came through like the trooper she is and negotiated hard to manage both the vendor and purchaser's expectations and gave us a result we are very happy with. She literally had an eye on every facet of the sale and guided us through to a happy conclusion. Cindy really does know the Rozelle market better than anyone else and I recommend her to anyone either buying or selling in the area. We were lucky enough to meet Cindy early on in our search for a new home. We were making the move from the Eastern suburbs so we needed a lot of TLC as our dream of living a walk to the beach in a house rather than an apartment wasn’t going to be reality.
