Excellent Experience Buyer and Seller
We have had the pleasure of dealing with Cindy and the Kennedy team from both a buyer and seller perspective. We purchased our house via Cindy 3 years ago and as first time buyers new to the Australian way of selling we were guided through the process of buying, auction and settlement every step of the way by the team. Fast forward 3 years when we were thinking about selling due to relocation we contacted Cindy who was more than happy to talk to us about the current market and the best way to approach a sale should we decide to do so. After consideration we decided to go for it and are so pleased that we did as we got a better than expected outcome in a very short amount of time, selling before auction. When you hope to meet a good agent and actually find a friend
Our family were fortunate enough to deal with Cindy Kennedy and her team through the purchase of our new home. From the outset she made us feel very comfortable, excited and constantly informed about our purchase. Further to that we felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process of purchasing our home and she ensured that all aspects of our purchase beyond the four walls and including the trappings of family life were considered. We had hoped to meet a caring agent who would support our biggest purchase and Cindy far exceeded those expectations.

Professional and fair
We recently bought a house with Cindy assisting the vendors. She ran a very welcoming open house campaign and was present each week. She was knowledgable about the property and helped us with information we found useful without seeming over-intrusive. Ultimately she helped negotiate a price for the property that both we and the vendors thought fair in a professional and ethical manner. The post-sales care and office support was also excellent
