We were very pleased with Cindy and her team - we felt they really understand what was important to us, and worked really hard to sell our house. They were very flexible, especially as we initially had a tenant in the house. They gave us good practical suggestions about how to prepare for sale and were able to put us in contact with a team of support people who could help prepare the house but at no time did we feel pressured to have to use those people. Their communication with us was excellent, we always felt like we knew what was going on, and they had a really good pulse on the market. We were thrilled with the sale and pleased with the sale price especially in this difficult market (and yes, we had to be realistic as well... but again, they managed that by keeping us informed about the market). We would definitely use them again.
