She has an extensive contact list to make it happen. She organised it all. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. We never doubted for a second that Cindy was in our corner and genuinely wanted a good result for us. When it came time to show the property, we took Cindy’s advice and showed it ‘off-market’ to her extensive client list. From one open home we generated two buyers and sold in 5 days for a little over her initial valuation. Cindy kept us informed at every stage and was always available, both for ourselves and the purchasers. The great thing about Cindy is that she brings a human touch to what is for most of us the biggest transaction of our lives. You get that as a buyer (we bought through Cindy as well) and a seller. This, along with her honesty and integrity, gives everyone confidence, which is an essential ingredient to a transaction that everyone is happy with. Cindy is shining light in a profession that doesn’t enjoy the greatest of reputations. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
