George made us feel comfortable from our first meeting. He has good people skills and we felt like he understood our position and had great knowledge of the market. George’s interaction feel genuine and he understands the need for open and regular contact. We heard from him on an almost daily basis throughout the campaign and he would always touch base minutes after open home inspections. We were particularly impressed with his negotiation skills and ability to keep us informed and provide solid advice through varying situations throughout the auction campaign.
