Contacted Michael Hassen on the prospect I wanted him to sell a House in Punchbowl. The contact came via the internet. Even though this was a family home of 46 years, I was unfamiliar with the house market in that area. Michael was knowledgeable with the market in that area and when I agreed to proceed with using McGrath he constantly communicated the expectation of the market during the 4 weeks campaign. He communicated through out and put me at ease. There was not much I had to do through that time. The finale outcome was better then what I expected and I would recommend Michael Hassen to other vendors who lives in the same area.

l found Michael Hassan very professional agent for many reasons including keeping good balanced relations both with us as Buyers and Sellers at the same time which is quite hard job. On many occasions in the process of buying a property the interests of the Buyers clash with the interests of the Sellers. We as Buyers found Michael quite engaging and facilitating without compromising on price and payment terms etc.Michael remained very honest and loyal with the Sellers all the time and still managed to keep us involved with the buying process.
