My siblings and I had the enormous task of selling our Aunt’s home in Berowra under power of attorney. None of us is local to Berowra, and it entailed a few weekends of clearing out furniture and belongings, gardening, cleaning etc. We were blown away by the fantastic level of service that Ingrid provided. Knowing that it was a difficult task for us, Ingrid went above and beyond her scope and offered to pack items into boxes and arrange the gardening and cleaning and even removing and storing an old three-piece lounge until the next council clean-up. She made the whole process very easy for us. Ingrid and her team did a beautiful job of styling the home, and the property sold quickly at a price that was above our expectations. The purchasers were quite finicky and requested a few minor fixes, which Ingrid and her husband attended to over the weekend in their own time. Wow, and thank you! We were extremely impressed with Ingrid’s high level of communication, professionalism and negotiation skills and grateful for all the assistance she provided. We would highly recommend Ingrid. Her local knowledge is exceptional, and our experience was seamless from start to finish.

The Principal was overseas at the time of our initial meeting with McGraths, which reinforced to us that even without the Principal present, the agency was made up of a team of skilled, capable and enthusiastic individuals, who worked together to get results. Ingrid listed our property for sale and provided exceptional service given we had relocated interstate. The feed back was always regular, positive, thorough and honest. The property was extensively damaged by the December hail storm after a sale had been agreed. Ingrid showed great determination and skill in assuring the purchasers and us that despite the set back we would deal with it and achieve the best possible outcome.

McGraths Real Estate felt like a good fit for us when we were planning to put our house on the market. We had some neighbours that had used them so thought we would do the same. We first met Ingrid when she came to our house to present what McGraths could do for us. We were unaware just how bad the market was going to change and challenges we would face along the way. Despite all this our house presented beautifully through the styling that was offered as part of the service and Ingrid kept us informed every step of the way with how opens went, communications with those that came through, suggestions with marketing when options were not working. Ingrid maintained a professional manner throughout our campaign and when we reached lows, confusion with the market and frustrations, she always managed to boost us back up and encourage us to keep going. Eventually our home sold and then our next challenge started- trying to find a home in a town 4 hours away - Ingrid offered to help. Both my husband and I worked away from Sydney each week and would not have been able to accomplish what Ingrid was able to do for us. She negotiated on our behalf and we now have a beautiful property to move to and we will be eternally grateful to Ingrid in assisting us the way she did.
