Joel was Fantastic!
Joel was one of many agents we spoke with in the venture to purchase our first home, but he was the only one who was memorable. He offered conversation beyond the house and the purchase, he was honest and reliable and he had our best interest in mind. Honest, Friendly and clear in communication
I recently purchased a property with Mc-Grath real estate and Joel has been our go to person. Joel has guided through various phases and has been patient in answering our queries or sorting them with the owner. In my interactions with him, I liked his approach whether it is fair pricing, market knowledge and knowledge about the property details. Dilligent and hardworking
We recently sold out investment property through McGrath Blacktown. Monique was very proactive and engage us throught the whole process, always checking in with updates and had great knowledge of the local market. We accepted a favourable offer in less than a week and only 2 viewings. Monique was fantastic through the settlement period resolving the buyers and conveyancers queries immediately.
