Monique is very polite and helpful. She is very in communication and her turn around time on any query/issue is quick and detailed. She is very professional. This is my first home buyer and she made me feel very comfortable and stress free.

Professional, honest, clear communication
McGrath/ Peter was referred to me as being trustworthy sales agents - important at such times of market volatility. A rising tide lifts all boats but when prices are declining, you see who good quality, ethical partners are. Before deciding on agencies who may only tell you what you want to hear - check their references and online market reviews. Do your due diligence on which real estate agents have the most market complaints and who have v.good feedback, one of whom is Peter. Peter was polite, honest and a hard worker who personally focussed on the details during the prep and sale of my home. Prior to that, he did not push me to sell my home before I was ready, but rather provided forthright information and advice (not the case with others focussed only on their own interests). Highly recommend and would deal with again. I have put in the price expectations section that it was about what I expected, but caveat that with I also think it was a very good result at this time given rising interest rates and market uncertainty.

Excellent Experience
Monique’s professionalism cannot be faulted. Being a first home buyer, we had no experience with purchasing a house. Monique was amazing in guiding us through all the steps, helping us with a broker and conveyancer. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart. Monique’s communication skills are outstanding. No question was too insignificant and she was willing to work around my working hours, communicating by text when I was unable to take calls. Because of Monique’s experience and knowledge, we found the whole process to be less daunting. We are so excited to move into our new home!
