Excellent Experience
Monique’s professionalism cannot be faulted. Being a first home buyer, we had no experience with purchasing a house. Monique was amazing in guiding us through all the steps, helping us with a broker and conveyancer. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart. Monique’s communication skills are outstanding. No question was too insignificant and she was willing to work around my working hours, communicating by text when I was unable to take calls. Because of Monique’s experience and knowledge, we found the whole process to be less daunting. We are so excited to move into our new home!

Joel did it again!
Joel has sold properties for me twice now and each time he delivered! He is very genuine and he works to provide the best outcome for his clients. Both sold very quickly! Joel was open from the beginning with his expectations for this sale. The unit was on the market within 2 weeks of our initial discussion, and after the first open home we had 4 offers.
